This class teaches supervisors and workers proper construction, setup, inspection and use of supported scaffolding used in general industry and construction. It identifies common scaffold safety problems and the solutions.
Scaffold Safety Subpart L Competent Person Training (* / **)
Minimum 8 / $100.00 per student / 4 hours
This class teaches the OSHA regulations regarding scaffolds. Trainees will discuss common scaffold problems and their solutions. All contractors that use any type of scaffold are required to have trained competent persons on each job site. NOTE: This class covers SUPPORTED SCAFFOLD ONLY (no swing stages).
Classes that are marked with a ( * ) can be combined to receive an OSHA 10 Hour Card.
Classes that are marked with a ( ** ) can be combined to receive an OSHA 30 Hour Card.
All 10 and 30 hour training must take place within a six(6) month period. |
